Clean well maintained and easy to use. The machines work great the facility feels safe and the atmosphere is pleasant. It is clear the Ashley takes pride in keeping everything in good condition. One of the best laundromats around and I would highly recommend it.

Cleanest and most modern laundry mat in the city of Saint Albans. When I arrived I met Jay with my mom. He was so nice and offered to help carry in some clothes from the car. He took the time to show us how to work the machines as they were new and we were new to the laundry mat. Thanks Jay.

This place started off great. It’s not that way now. Dryers are starting not dry clothes alll way. Called owners. Supposed to have been reimbursed for the last 2 times I was here. Been over month still waiting Said I would never come again but I was n a hurry and it’s close to home. Should’ve know. Better. No parking at all. The patrons from Drummys bar n grill take all the laundry Parking. So u have to carry clothes all the way around the other parking lot on the ice. It’s ridiculous

The attendant, Katy. was very helpful . Even helped me fold my clothes. And helped carry them to my car, which is above and beyond her assigned duties I'm sure. So five stars it is.

I’m a big fan of the new Laundry Rack! I love this I can use Apple Pay at the machines (along w cards & cash.) The biggest perk for me is the chalk wall. My 3 yr old is entertained the whole time which is a blessing. Brilliant location. Love the fact I can grab food or drinks from Shuckers or Drummys ect. The employees are a pleasure to chat with also. They care about the building and the customers sincerely I felt. I wish there was a drink machine. 10/10

I have been to both St Albans and South Charleston locations. Very nice and VERY efficient. South Charleston seems to be cleaner as far as the floors but both locations are awesome. I wish these were around back in the day so much faster than the old ones.
Update:
I continue to go to St Albans because this location seems less active when I am ready to go to do laundry. The more I go the cleaner it is each time I walk in. Thank you for this location and ability to get my clothes cleaned faster.

I had recently moved from up north, and my washer was acting up. My friend and I went to a laundromat, but all the smaller machines were taken, so we decided to return later. As we were leaving, an employee approached us to check if everything was alright. When I mentioned we’d come back, he told us about another location in South Charleston. I rarely encounter such helpful service from a business. I wholeheartedly recommend this place because they treated me like a person, not just a customer.

The quickest I’ve EVER done laundry! It’s very clean with comfy chairs. Also has a kid play area along with TV’s and music that’s not too loud. Nice Electrolux XL washers and dryers. Highly recommend!!

I was worried to try to find a clean and safe laundromat, But so far I’ve been here a few times and it’s always clean And I’ve never felt uncomfortable being here alone. The Machines are all new and the hours are really good too.

This laundromat is awesome. The atmosphere is always friendly, the machines are well maintained, and it’s air conditioned. They have different sized washers to fit all your different needs. The best part though, by far, is the attendant Joey. He’s always got a smile, he’s always cleaning something - except when he’s offering to help. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This place is amazing, the 80lb washer is amazibg at getting laundry done fast. 3 30lb trash bags full of lau dry fit and was done in 30 minutes. There is toys for kids and plenty of seating. There are tables for you to sit at with a laptop or do homework for those college students. Highly recommend!

This facility is one of the best laundromats I have ever been to. The gentleman Joey who manages the St. Albans location is really wonderful! The facility is clean, the machines are looked after, and Joey is incredibly helpful to all patrons that walk in the door! Easily a five star facility and customer service.

The Laundry Rack is freaking awesome!!!! I can’t recommend this facility enough. My washer died so I needed to wash my week’s laundry. I was dreading it because it’s so hot outside and the last time I went to a laundromat it was so stinking hot in there I couldn’t breath. Not like that at The Laundry Rack!! It’s 92 outside and so cool and comfortable inside. The washers and dryers are new Electrolux units that accommodate different size loads. The attendant, Joey, could not have been any nicer. He helped me carry my clothes inside, went over the washers and dryers since it was my first visit. I was blown away by my visit!!! If you need to wash/dry your clothes go to The Laundry Rack!!!

Very nice place! Super clean and the attendant could not have been more friendly asking if we needed help folding or even carrying our bags to the car. There are 18, 45, and 60 pound capacity Electrolux washers and dryers that dried my load of 5 blankets in 20 minutes! WHAT!?!!! Highly recommend!

This is the absolutely the BEST laundry mat in the state of Wv the washers dry your clothes until there almost completely dry you only have to use there dryers ONE TIME to dry your clothes, its so CLEAN inside just beautiful ???? well worth the MONEY it takes cards not coins I LOVE IT!!! Just wanted to say a few words to show my appreciation for Joey who manages the new laundromat in St. Albans. He is the most helpful and caring representative of any business I’ve encountered over my 80 years. Not being around such a facility in the past 20 years I never expected anyone so courteous and helpful as that’s not what you typically see in today’s world. He offers to assist anyone if they look puzzled about how to operate the machines and always ask how he can be of support. Personality plus he is blessed with. My first time there was today. The experiance was great. Facility was clean. The gentleman working even carried my second load of laundry out to my car for me just so I didn’t have to make two trips.

Facility was very clean which is refreshing but, be prepared to use a card only as machines don’t accept coins. The other issue is a “rogue” charge on our debit card for $5 which was not what any of the washers cost us so we paid for the washers AND a $5 charge on top of that. What’s that all about? Also, if you need to use the restroom, it also will cost which I understand to cover cost of toilet paper and hand soap but, there was no toilet paper in the restroom and you have to call someone to bring it ????. There are also no machines to purchase any laundry supplies so please take those with you.

We had no idea what we were doing because we never been to a laundry mat. Joey walked up to us when we walked in and showed us how to use the washer and the dryer. He helped us with which washer to use for our load size. He was a very kind and helpful person. You have a very good employee.

The place clean and modern with nice seating. staff is always super friendly. However, the dryers are not hot ebough to cook ramen. i have to spend at least 5.50 per small load to get it all the way dry, when I spend less than $2 for the same load to be completely dry across the river. This happened last time and the on duty person stated they would give me credit next time. i had hoped it was a fluke, but after tonight, i realize it was not. You will pay over double for convenience here. I love the concept and aesthetic, but it isnt worth the extra money 🙁
*Edit: I was typing this while waiting for the last load. Just so there is no confusion, I had 12 garments in the first load. Two sweaters, three pair of leggings and the rest were typical t shirts. After 35 minutes, none were dry. Paid extra time and after a total of 42 minutes, the leggings and t shirts were but the sweaters were still very wet. To recap, 44 minutes is $5.50 and it still doesn’t dry sweaters in a very small load.

Lisa , who is employed there is incredibly amazing, this morning the network wasn’t working on the washers and dryers , she handled not only the crises but also the customers with complete professionalism and quickly resolved the issue’s. she is definitely a great asset and represented the business in a manner that any employer would be honored. This establishment is by far one of the most technologically advanced washing facilities in the state of West Virginia. Your attendant Lisa from the Saint Albans store is fully knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend her for advancement in her career. She’s so personable and sweet! The worker Lisa at the Saint Albans location is so sweet and helpful!! The machines hold a great amount of laundry. This facility is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen! If you have kids they have a little area just for them! Definitely the best place to wash clothes and feel safe as well as comfortable!! Highly recommend!!

Clean,modern,fast .fees are good. Public restroom,for a fee ,unless the last person thoughtfully leaves the door ajar when they leave ...lol . All in All . Your not going to get a better laundry experience anywhere else..and machines except cards only. Machine on sight to covert your cash.

My experience with the Laundry Rack was awesome! When I walk in I was greeted by Joey who was very friendly, helpful and professional!!! He explained how the wash machines, dryers and the cash machine worked, which was very helpful. He is a great asset and a hard worker who takes pride in his work place and job. This is by far the best laundromat that I have ever used. This place is clean, the machines are new, and the machines take debit cards. No more quartets. Yay! Joey showed me how everything worked. There are nice tables with chairs. The music selection was awesome. I will be back next week for sure.

Due to multiple delays with delivery of our washer/dryer, my family had a large amount of dirty laundry. I decided to give this place a try. My experience was great! The Laundry Rack is open 6AM to Midnight – 7 days a week!
Our laundromats accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple, Samsung and Google Pay. Don’t have cards? No problem! We have a cash changer in store. The only form of payment we don’t accept is quarters.

The last wash is an hour before closing every night.
