We come here often to the one in Milton we are from hamlin. We like coming here it's clean and we get our laundry done quickly. But the last several times we have came here the bathroom door doesn't open even. Ran my card a few times to try and get in. Some drivers kick off and one dry took money but never turned on.

I hope the owners are able to get the multitude of broken machines working again. Around this time last year, I started doing my laundry here and I'm definitely noticing things going downhill. There are at least 10 machines currently out of order and things are not as clean as you would hope to find at a laundromat.

The washer and dryer’s are great but every time I’ve went here, the inside smells like raw sewage. Horribly. The first time I thought maybe there was work going on in the area but then a second time.. Then a THIRD time.. all within a couple months apart. Other than the smell, it’s okay. Prices could be better but it’s convenient.

Very clean nice atmosphere. Never crowded and machines all are top of the art. Never disappointed and usually have the place to ourselves. I wait till midnight usually so we are only ones and there is a security door that locks at least for the outside at midnight. So as long as your in there by midnight your good 😉

Update this place has a locked paid bathroom it gladly takes your money but don't open no matter what you try.. the dryers are very fast in time although it says 20 minutes. Laundry mat was very clean and Skylar was very friendly and helpful

I can’t say enough good things about The Laundry Rack! This place is always spotless and smells amazing the moment you walk in. Skylar Mullins goes above and beyond to keep everything clean and organized—she’s constantly tidying up and making sure the machines are in top shape. On top of that, she’s incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you need assistance with a machine or just have a question, Skylar is always there with a smile and a great attitude. Her hard work really makes this place feel welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to everyone else i know.

I rv full time and this was cleanest laundromat I've seen in a long time. Machines work perfectly...my clothes seemed cleaner and better rinsed. The attendant was helpful and constantly cleaning. Impressive. Prices were good, too.

The first time I came it was clean and had an attendant present. Second and third time the place had stuff all over the floors, liquid detergent all along the tops of some of the washers, and no attendant. Have a Special needs child that needed to use the restroom (that you have to pay to use 😒) and tried twice and the bathroom door would not open even though the transaction went through.

Washing machine died on me yesterday so I went to The Laundry Rack this morning to get my weekly laundry done. Not looking forward to it all but….This place is really nice!! Went early morning and I had the place to myself!! Clean new washing machines in several sizes and nice large dryers. Machines take cards which was convenient and quick. Had all my laundry done in 1 1/2 hours!!! If you are in need of a nice clean place to do your laundry, this is it!! Nice place to have in Milton!!
Second visit to The Laundry Rack. One week later was not as pleasant. Had to change to 4 stars!! Hoping it was because the weather has been snow and ice and employees have not been able to make it to work. Several of the washing machines were dirty and the floor was way past due for a cleaning. If there had been a broom available I would have at least swept up. Folding tables dirty. Items left behind were laying around on the floor, tables and top of machines. Such a nice place before! Wish people would take care and clean up after themselves as a common courtesy! Milton is lucky to have a place like this!! My washer is to be fixed tomorrow! Hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon!!

I really love this place, the staff is very helpful, Jessica is a really great person and was very helpful to me, with any concerns that I had. I would recommend this place very much to wash your laundry. It is also a clean place. Well worth going there.

I’m doing my laundry here at the Milton location every 7-10 days and it seems each time I arrive, Jessica is the one working. The place always looks clean and smells nice and it’s nice to have someone to chat with while I do my laundry which makes time go by a bit faster. I just moved back to WV after about 30 years and retiring from the Army and for one am glad to see this place here which close by for me.

Love this laundromat! Chris the owner and manger went out of his way to make things better for me. Came in to wash on Monday, couldn't wash due to Milton cycling water, then came in next day and got laundry in the washer and the internet went offline. I called and he attempted to reset it but found out Milton had a internet outage that was going to last 4 hours! So I had clean but wet laundry. He offered to meet me the next night to cover my wash. When we met up but only did he cover my wash but also my dry. He is the best! For unforseen circumstances that were not his fault but he still took care of me. The laundromat is also beautiful, very well kept nice new machines. Very relaxing environment with great operating hours

This place was great when it opened but every time I've been here in the last month, there's never an attendant on duty and the same coffee or drink stain is still on the floor in the same spot it has been. The dirt is building up on the floor and the trash is always full. There's now actual clods and streaks of mud on the floors from someone's shoes and the place always smells of mildew from the washers not being cleaned properly.
It's been 3 months since I called the office to report the conditions and they said they were short staffed. It smells like mildew and a$$ when you walk in. I now sit in the car to wait for the laundry to be done because it smells so bad

This might just be the best laundromat I have ever used. The entire laundromat was clean, the washing machines and dryers were very clean and quick. They all take cards or apple/samsung/google pay, no change needed, If you don’t have a card, you can purchase a loyalty card.

Past couple times I have been here the floors have been dirty trash was full no toilet paper in bathroom and no attendent I had problems with one of the machines and lost my money because had noone to help me will not be going back until they get it cleaned up I'm there to get my clothes cleaned and have to work around dirty floors and nasty trash not a good start to such a new location Kristy Gilbert

Absolutely LOVE this place... It's sparkling clean with amenities that will blow your mind!!!! Comfortable seating while you wait and the customer service workers, Ashley specifically is out of this world!!! I absolutely love that girl!!! Friendly and inviting!!! Plus the best part is that you don't have to carry all those heavy quarters around anymore...the neuvo system of using a swipe card makes it easier and more convenient and no more standing there waiting for the quarters to drop!!!! I started my laundry before the attendant arrived for the day, and went on to work. When I came back to pick it up it was gone. The attendant told me the machine didn't complete its cycle properly, but she ran my laundry through and dried it for me.

I have never had a better experience in a Laundromat. The facility was spotless. All the machines were brand new and top of the line. But the best part was Chris, the manager. He went out of his way to be helpful. He showed us around, held the doors, and was awesome to work with. We were in and out in less than an hour. If you are in Milton and need a laundromat, the Laundry Rack is the place to go, hands down.

The Laundry Rack is open 6AM to Midnight – 7 days a week!
Our laundromats accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple, Samsung and Google Pay. Don’t have cards? No problem! We have a cash changer in store. The only form of payment we don’t accept is quarters.
Absolutely! Our laundromat is equipped with Electrolux Professional washers and dryers that deliver the best wash results for the largest loads.
The last wash is an hour before closing every night.
