This is the first time I've been to a laundromat in over 10 years and I was really impressed. All the machines take cards. Everything is clean and in good working order. Plenty of carts to move your clothes from washer to dryer and surfaces to fold clothes. Would definitely recommend!

I was in town for a business trip and stopped in to do my laundry. The lady that works there name was Sarah she done an excellent job.She had washed and folded my clothes neatly and was very helpful.This laundromat was definitely the cleanest I’ve been to I’ll be definitely stopping back by next time I’m in town.

Julie was very helpful and polite. This was my first time at this laundry mat. It was very clean, rest rooms very clean, and nice having WiFi. I was able to do my work while I was doing my laundry. I will definitely return. I come to wash my large comforters. I would definitely recommend this facility.
I was at the laundry rack last night for the first time and it was the best one by far. Machines worked so great. The network went down but Jessica was super sweet and helpful. She got the Machines back up and running and helped me with everything. Definitely will be coming back.

Poor hygiene unsafe for kids. All tables are toddler head height with sharp corners and no protectors on it. Charge u to use the restroom and half of em don't work. One employee in jeep drinks on the job and the one old man smokes marijuana in the parking lot in the blue f150. Unkept sometimes. Unfair treatment of employees. Wouldn't work for them. No handicap accessible sink in st Albans.

It's a great place to get massive laundry done quickly. They have plenty of machines that can take massive loads like a champ. I can wash and dry a week's worth of clothes for a family of 4 in about an hour. You also don't have to worry about buying quarters because all of the machines take cards. They also have a machine to buy a reloadable card with cash if you need to.

Not sure what to think, it's new, I got bit by bed bug while in their, charged twice for one load of laundry, dryers run to short or you have to pay for 2 cycles, no quarter slots, have to use a card or buy one, that really sucks
I have been to many laundromats in my day and this one is by far the nicest. The environment is so welcoming with the fish tank and the kid's room. I love the fact that everything is by card and I don't have to deal with coins. Also, you have the most awesome staff. They are so kind & courteous and really take pride in their job. Amanda was very knowledgeable about all the equipment and was able to answer all my questions without missing a beat. Definitely 10 out of 10. I highly recommend anyone needing to do laundry to come to The Laundry Rack, I promise you will not be disappointed.

A bright yellow chunk of something was stuck in a dryer. I did not see it, must have been stuck on top when putting clothes in dryer. Yellow streaks on all but 2 pair of jeans. No attendant on duty. I called the number as female answered I explained what happened, she told me nobody would be in until after 10am the following morning. I can wash them again and she would refund the money to rewash them. I said what if it doesn’t come out. That’s the chance you brake when you use a public laundromat and hung up. I tried calling back no answer. I will never use nor recommend this laundromat.
The BEST laundromat around! Very nice facility, easy to use, and friendly staff. Debit/Credit cards only, so you don’t have to deal with change!
Our dryer broke and isn’t going to be repaired until Friday but we still had a week’s worth of laundry to do so we brought it here and so glad we did! Now it was pricey but we got it all done within an hr. It was fantastic. The facility was clean. We brought our daughter with us and she loved watching all the washer and dryers and playing in the kids area. Seating was comfortable and plenty.
Definitely not like other laundromats. Great place to do your laundry or get their staff to do your laundry. No coins necessary, that's the great part. The staff (Amanda and Julie) are so kind and courteous and are happy to help with any questions or problems you might have. The place is ALWAYS clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a big fish tank and even a playroom off to the side for kids to play in but still open for parents to keep an eye on them. This place is a definite 10 out of 10 without question!!
As a nomad, I have been to MANY laundromats. This is one of the best. Seems pretty new. Clean, simple. Pay by card at the machines. Lots of machines. Fast washers. There is a great seating area with comfortable lounging chairs (IKEA style) and a play area for kids. Snacks vending machine. I took a star off for the music being too loud, and the genre won't be everybody's cup of tea.
10/10 recommend!! I've been coming here since Dec 2023 bc I had an electrical fire and this company has THE BEST laundromat around here!! Every worker is so kind and friendly which makes going somewhere to wash your clothes much easier. They have vending machines for all your needs whether it be soaps, drinks or a snack. I love that I can use Google pay at the machines too.
Just wanted to share that you 100% get more bank for your buck, long story short, Iove the cleanliness & enough security to not have to monitor your stuff out of worry, its very clean, however prices are a couple dollars more than the average place, so I was skeptical on that but then I realized I had some questions about operations on how to put what laundry soap in which place, I went to ask for help and i spoke to an employee Amber, who immediately got up and came to assist before my questions & was so friendly and knowledgeable, so for the money to get a clean, safe and friendly environment, and not to mention, THEIR MACHINES DO ITS JOB ALOT FASTER THAN THE CHEAPER PLACES, is more than enough for the extra couple dollars to always come back here. 10/10 highly recommend never thought a chore would be this enjoyable. Thank you AMBER & to the company for providing a great experience, well worth it.
This is my second visit to this laundromat. I am so impressed as to the employees very friendly and helpful. Parking is amazing. Also, it is so clean. My clothes come out smelling and looking better than they have if I washed them at home. Julie the person who helped me with getting my wash started and the card was very helpful and always busy picking up And sweeping up the outside keeping things neat and tidy. Never did I see her sit down or play on her phone like the other places I have been. Julie is amazing.
Very Clean! Friendly Staff!! Machines wash and dry very well, they are cleaned daily, There are snack and pop machines available.There are a few cons it’s COMPLETELY CASHLESS!! If you don’t want to use a credit or debit card at the machines you have to use credit or debit to load a reloadable prepay card which costs 1.00, there is no laundry supplies available for purchase, so be sure you’re prepared, you have to pay $0.25 to use the restroom,Would have no issues if they accepted cash it’s inconvenient to me to have to slide my card and have all those transactions on my CC Statement or Bank Statement which could raise a red flag causing the card to be shut down for fraud and I don’t really go to a laundromat often enough to load a card that isn’t accepted everywhere, lastly there doesn’t appear to be a separate door for their delivery service and the employee parked the van in front of the door which was a bit inconvenient. Over all definitely deserves 5 stars
I bring my daughter there sometimes to help her with her laundry. It is upscale, but I don't like the loud music videos playing on a large tv. The pop music is a very poor influence on our young people. There are suggestive images displayed that shouldn't be broadcasted in public.

Was visiting Huntington, WV for a soccer tournament with my son and had to do drop off service for myself and a number of other parents. Had ten bags of dirty laundry ranging from small to medium sized bags. Julie was terrific in helping me sort out each bag and putting name tags on them. She was patient while managing a busy shop and very nice. Would recommend this the Laundry Rack for out of towners who would like to do drop off service.

absolutely love the place it’s so nice and the people are friendly. hate to say it but genuinely I can do laundry at home don’t get me wrong. but I go there to get a break. but my favorite thing has to be the Private Restroom meaning it’s always clean. (Plus the laundry actually gets immediately folded)

If you need to do laundry and you live between Milton and Westmoreland, you should be going to the laundry rack. It’s worth the drive super spacious air conditioned well thought out and 98% of the machines are in perfect working order and the other 2% are tagged to be repaired— how nice the rest of the facility is something tells me they will actually be repaired by someone in a timely fashion. The staff was nice and friendly. Various size washers ranging from 18 lbs to 60 lbs. The laundry rack gets five stars, a gold medal, two thumbs up, and a pat on the back!!
I love this laundromat! Every-time I’ve been inside it’s always been neat and clean, the attendants are very nice and extremely helpful! I highly recommend coming here for all of your laundry washing needs, as someone who has been in some bad laundroments this one is a 10/10
The location is the only thing I would have a problem with, but I don’t have a problem with it. Lol. Excellent customer service. It is always clean and friendly. When you go here the employees Are well educated with the equipment being used and preparing you for charges things of that nature assisting you in settings on the equipment. They are awesome.

Last week was the first time I have ever been this laundry mat. It was crazy clean and so quiet! The dryers dried my stuff in 15 mins and are huge! The workers walk around about 5 mins and make sure everything is still clean, cleans dryer filters etc... There is a room in the back for kids to play and a giant fish tank they can watch the swim around. Out of their reach though. Very clean bathroom. You can use your debit card or the card they have there if you choose.
Very nice and clean laundromat. BRING YOUR OWN DETERGENT. Does not come with a vending machine supplying it.HORRIBLE parking. It’s chaos. Needs a bigger parking lot, not enough parking for the amount of cars that come in.
I accidentally left my power bank sitting inside when I had finished my laundry at the laundry rack the night before.I asked the lady at a nearby store if I could leave my duffle bag and run around the corner to see if I left my power bank at the Laundromat. She said "I didn't even know that there was a place to do laundry there" and I said "yeah it's like the best place to do your laundry aside from at home".And as it turned out, stupid me, I did leave a $150.00 power bank set overnight. And had it returned to me. A+ in honesty as well.Thanks Laundry Rack!
I thought I had saved a video of this place!! Ugg. This is the best, I mean the best laundry mat I have ever visted!! Very up to date, extremely clean, not even a dryer sheet on the floor. They have different sizes of washers for your load size. You do have to purchase a cardboard you can use the washer/dryer, which is ok it's is only 1.00. I will say I put to much in the smaller washer, and bc of my stupidity my clothes didn't get very clean, so I msg them,( they have a 24/7 call button) and told the lady I felt like they were not clean, and to my surprise she actually put the same amt of money back on my card!!! This is the best place to get ur laundry done. I will not go anywhere else!! There are chairs to sit down and feel comfy, I promise you will never use a different laundry mat ever!! They have my business!! I'm very very pleased with this place!!

Top notch laundromat. I’ve seen many in my time on the road and this place is really nice. Clean. Machines are working. Attendant on duty. Instructions are clearly posted. I’ll admit I needed a few instructions on how to use the washers. NOTE: these machines do NOT accept coins. Credit or debit cards are accepted. A kiosk IS available to convert coins and cash to a card for use for the washers and dryers. Vending machines are onsite, too, and they are pay by card only.
It’s going to be about a week until my new washer is here, but The Laundry Rack has got my back! I was really scared as it’s been years since I’ve been to a laundromat. But this place is classy, clean, and nice. Even my husband was impressed!

I have traveled all across the country and I will say this, THIS is the best damned laundromat I have EVER been in. Plenty of updated, working washers and dryers for several people to wash 4 loads a piece. 20-25 minute wait time for each washer and dryer. Large king size comforter washed/dried in about an hour came out actually CLEAN. Carts new but maintained. Folding area clean, no lint, grease, bubblegum or grime on them. Attendant on duty was very helpful. There's an actual TV and a sitting area. The parking was good. The entrance and exit was a little rough. NO bums!! Overall AWESOME laundromat. Thanks for the update and amenities for our area.

When I went there with enough change for a 20 min dry the manager there helped me out seeing they only take card and restored my faith in humanity. Recommended to go to for laundry hands down.Edit took a star simply because one I have to pay to use bathroom and two I had to pay twice because it wouldn't unlock the first time I submitted payment 😕
By far the best laundromat in the area, plenty of large washers and dryers even on a busy Sunday evening. You can even use your card or phone for ‘tap pay’ so there’s no inconvenience of quarters/cash. There’s not a lot of seating but I prefer to sit in my car and read/listen to music anyways! The employees are always nice, helpful and greet you.
I (Larry Brumfield) did my laundry at The Laundry Rack for the first time yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. It was a very spacious, clean and orderly facility with many top-notch washers and dryers and NONE OF THEM were out of order as one sees in many self-service laundromats. Not only was I able to get my laundry done more quickly and more cheaply than in other laundromats I've been to, but their beautiful, intelligent, and super-friendly assistant Crystal was very helpful in showing me how to use their washers and dryers with the card system they have for operating the machines. Thank you Crystal, you're an angel sent from heaven, ya know ... 🙂 !!!
I love the fact that your clothes are dry and when you take them out of the dryer, they aren't burning.
Place is nice, some mornings you walk in and there is stuff everywhere and others it’s well kept. Fish are always hungry and at the top, and the water is so green because there is a piece of decoration stuck in the filter. They’re just for “decor” and not being kept up with. Get rid of the thing…..

Plenty of washers and dryers. They have a card system that is so convenient. No card? No worries, there is a machine that will give you a card and allow you to load cash to it. Machines are clean and in great working order. Cost is printed clearly on machine. Plenty of comfortable seating. Well lit. Great temperature. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Washers are easy to use and u dont need all those quarters, all machines take debit cards and the place is really nice compared to laundry mats around here. The Laundry Rack is open 6AM to Midnight – 7 days a week!
Our laundromats accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple, Samsung and Google Pay. Don’t have cards? No problem! We have a cash changer in store. The only form of payment we don’t accept is quarters.
Absolutely! Our laundromat is equipped with Electrolux Professional washers and dryers that deliver the best wash results for the largest loads.
The last wash is an hour before closing every night.
