The male attendant at this location is so helpful in every way! I drop mine and my mother’s laundry off to be done he is so fast and everything is folded and bagged so neat! I will use him and the laundry Rack always!
Clean and a variety of washers. Not convenient for those who do not drive, machines rip you off at times, semi complicated to pour liquid in unless you're 6ft tall. Where to put the different liquids is confusing. Pricey for washing.
Katy at the South Charleston laundry rack is very helpful and such a breath of fresh air... I mean when I pulled up this young lady was shoveling snow with a small plastic shovel so customers would be safe. As far as this customer is concerned that is above and beyond the call of duty.
Such a nice place! The girl Katy that works there was so nice and helpful. She would even help people carry their laundry in and out of their cars! She explained how to use the washers and which I should use cause I had no idea. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic place to do laundry. 80lb washers are awesome to get everything washed all at once & the large dryers are the same to get clothes dried. Everything washed, dried & folded in 45 minutes. Plenty of machines & the place was nice & clean as well.

Paid close to 13.00 for a big washer that’s not the issue they charge more for hot water and extra water and I never got neither one then asked the attendant if something was up with the water it was freezing cold that’s not going to clean my laundry
I just want to say that I very much recommend the Laundry Rack to everyone. Each staff member has been extremely courteous, especially Joey. I just visited today Wednesday December 11th 2024 and unfortunately was having a little difficulty coming up with the amount needed to do both loads of laundry. Joey must have overheard us talking about our situation and when we went out to the car to go try to get change from speedway he stopped us and asked if we needed any help. I told him that we would start the other washer when we get back from getting change over at speedway to cover the cost we need. He actually paid for that wash load and has no idea how much it means to us! We have been going through some financial difficulties lately and the only thing that he asked that we do is pay it forward! You want to talk about a sweet young man with a heart of gold come meet Joey at the Laundry Rack! The facility is always clean and the machines always working period.
place is great. the lady katy her name is , she is a very kindhearted woman I watched her assist with a man that had an accident in the bathroom while helping him with his laundry and everyone else’s it was very busy at the time , she’s a very hard worker with a kind heart glad to know this place cares for others ! Very welcoming place .

I love doing laundry at this place it’s so calm and clean just a great vibe overall, and it’s also very fast ive never been able to get ALL of my laundry done within a hour or so until i discovered this great laundry mat. The lady Katy that cleans is also very nice and is an outstanding hardworker and helper if you need anything , props to her , and props to the management too, this place is awesome! . Had to do a couple comforters and searched for a laundromat in S Chas and found this one. Hadn’t had to use one in a long time as wife got the washer in the divorce. Staff was very helpful in helping me choose right machine. The machines all seemed top notch. Various sizes depending on your needs. The place was clean, comfortable and well lit. Highly recommend.

This is my first time to Rock Lake Laundromat and it was a great experience! I’m very pleased with how clean and large the place is, and there were lots of carts to go around. Joey was on staff and he was constantly cleaning surfaces and making sure everyone who came in was taken care of! I’ll definitely come back again!

I was visiting my family and their dryer went out on us. I looked laundrymats near me and this one popped up. I checked the reviews and photos online. It sounded and looked to be nice. When we came in the place is incredible! There are kid areas and a tall table with stools, comfy chairs and let me just says this place was CLEAN. The floors the machines the tables clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Amanda was so friendly and inviting, Jeremy was helpfuI with showing me how to use their machines. I highly recommend this laundromat.

I’ve been here twice now and have had the best experience both times. What really moved me to leave a review this time was how stellar the lady who works there (Amanda) is. Both times she’s gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and helped in every way. We were new to the laundry mat last visit and what initially seemed intimidating, turned in to an awesome experience. Amanda not only never stops moving, she ran circles around the building with my daughter, even sitting in the floor with her when she fell and kept her smiling. She was sweet as pie, always holding open the door for anyone in need, smile on her face, greeting everyone there, and keeping it so clean and nice. She RUNS this place. We love her and can’t wait to see her again on our next visit. Thank you for being a stellar human, Amanda! 🙂
I have been coming to this location since it opened I come once a week with my little one !! Amanda and the rest of the staff are friendly helpful and very personable!! Makes for a much more pleasant visit ☺️ It is clean and the washer and dryers get it done on the first time around!! Love it ,if you get a chance stop in and try them out !!
This place is super clean. As well as nice. It’s a good place for kids to play with the toys they have here. Plus very nice and respectful people. Shout out to Amanda for all that she does here as of cleaning. I also want to say I left my laundry detergent there by accident. When I figured I left it it was a few hours went back and Amanda had it put up for me. She was so sweet to my daughter and I. I will be going back because of the good environment. Thanks Amanda I truly appreciate it.
I love this laundromat, the attendants are super friendly, helpful, and keep the place nice and clean. I'll always opt to go to this facility over any others around here. The machines are nice and new, efficient, and there are many big ones that can hold a lot of bedding, etc. Plus there's overflow parking across the street if needed.
Every time my family and I come here it’s always well kept, came in and the gentleman working named Joey even help bring in, and take out my cloths. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to get your cloths done.
Very clean. Easy to use. No change needed. Takes all cards or Apple Pay/samsung pay. If the machine is not working, it is properly marked. Highly impressed!
I came here to do one load of laundry.Which is about ten dollars... I wanted to use the sink to do a spot treatment... I pressed the intercom button and they told me that I had to pay in order to use the bathroom.
We had an excellent experience here when our home washing machine broke and we were backed up with dirty laundry. Huge washers and dryers and AMANDA that works there was the absolute best!! She helped us carry in our laundry, showed us how to use the machines, and provided us with bags to put the laundry in after we folded it. Would highly recommend.

This is the cadillac of laundry facilities! The inside is very clean and efficiently laid out. No more lugging around quarters, all machines are payable by card and very cost effective too. The girl working there was a big help when I was there for the first time.Very highly recommended!!

Amanda is AMAZING! I watched her complete an 870 pound order, on a weekend, with a smile on her face!!!! She definitely deserves a HUGE raise.
80 and 60 pound washers! Big enough to wash a whole winter's worth of sheets and blankets... and they did a wonderful job. And the great big dryers dried everything first time around. Amanda, the lady that worked there was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend The Laundry Rack to anyone.

Who likes going to the laundromat? But you won’t be able to dislike this one! Very clean. Great helpful attendants. Different sizes in washers. If dryers don’t dry everything in one use the attendant will give you another cycle free.
This place is awesome new tech washers and dryers. Very comfortable atmosphere places to sit while waiting. Very-roomy it has fans blowing air around the temperature was comfortable. We got the job done Very fast we live in Texas and needed fast results the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean facility and public bathroom, easy to use card enabled washer and dryers. Excellent help from attendant Named Anna. Would be helpful if a sign on dryers on how to add minutes to the dryer time. Owner came over and said he's adding additional AC splits and film on the windows to help in the summer. Full time RVers cleanest laundry we've ever been too.

I’ve had a few issues with the washer which made me repay and rewasg I wasn’t happy about that but I guess it still got clean eaither way but 10/10 I’ve still went back time and time again! And I also feel safe going to a laundry Matt and haven’t ran into any unpleasant people!

Great and affordable laundromat with new and powerful machines at not just a reasonable price but with many different options of size and options like heavy soiled and extra rinse. Spacious too so it can be busy but you still have machines to use as well as options. Also super friendly staff there to help! Best option around for sure..

I had my first visit at The Laundry Rack in Spring Hill, yesterday. The place was spotless and the 2 attendants were ready to help me and explain how everything worked, they were super friendly. They do have a .25 cent charge for the toilet which for how clean the bathroom was it's worth it to me. It was also super family friendly with toys, t.v. and comfortable seating. We'll be back!
Reasonably priced, all machines seemed to be working, clean and well maintained. 2 things: not really complaints but found to be odd. 1. You can only use credit or debit card in machines unless you 'convert' your cash to a card. They have a machine that you put your cash into and it gives you a card to put in washer/dryer. I didn't use it myself, but another person seemed to have problems figuring it out). and 2. They do not have any vending machines for detergent,fabric softener, etc. (for those of us that didn't bring quite enough...)
Joey was a very helpful and considerate attendant. He was patient with teaching me to use the no coin system, and it's very convenient.
Very clean, pleasant atmosphere. No staff present to ask questions. 2 people asked me if I worked there as they had questions. FYI there are no machine to purchase laundry products so don't forget anything at home.
I haven't been to a Laundromat in long time because the places were gross. It's awesome to have it so close. Please keep it as it is.

The place is extremely clean! But what made this place so special was their worker Ana! I had my 2 yr old with me and she ran right up to her! Like my 2 yr old had known her for forever. Ana asked to hold her, I said of course! She and my daughter smiled and hugged each other. She made it such a positive and warming atmosphere for me and my daughter. We will definitely be back!😊

I really enjoyed my first visit to the Laundry Rack. Nice and clean area. Comfortable seats. Best feature is paying with debit/credit card or a prepaid card purchased at the facility. No bulky heavy rolls of quarters to lug around. The staff member I spoke with was kind and pleasant -- oh -- and helpful, as it was my first visit.

This was our first time at the laundry rack in South Charleston. Ana, the attendant, was super helpful and explained how the machines worked. We had never been to a laundromat that had machines that used cards and Apple and Google pay before, so her instructions were very much needed. We just walked in to dry out bed sheet after our cat drenched it, within a minute the attendant was right there helping us and showing us the machines, while we waited he walked around and checked all the machines to make sure they were ready for the next customer, never seen a laundromat operate like this, simple and easy and WELL taken care of highly impressed

The Laundry Rack is very clean and all the machines are new. When I walked in I was greeted by Ana. She then helped me choose the proper machine to use & load cash on a card, switch out to dryers & offered to help fold or whatever else I needed. She helped me as well as other customers at the same time. Ana turned a dreaded trip to the laundromat into an easy & pleasant experience!

He asked if it was my first time there and when I said yes, he explained the ins and outs of the card and equipment he assisted me in bringing in my laundry and taking it out! He was very helpful and knowledgeable even with suggesting the temperature I should use for the best results! Joey was so great that I had assumed he was the manager. I must say, I feel like I can go into any “Spyderwash” and feel comfortable enough to successfully reload my card and use all the equipment without error! I can truly say I had a wonderful time doing laundry today.

So I was very skeptical on this laundromat. I kept trying to put it off and put it off. But this morning 10/27 I decided to bite the bullet. I really really love this place.. super clean, the washers are amazing and I love the dryers. I was expecting to sit there most of my morning but was in and out in a very decent time.. 💙 l am impressed and will be coming back..
The Laundry Rack is very clean. The gentleman working at the Laundry Rack asked everyone if they were in need of assistance. He carried in people's laundry, explained how the machine operates, offer detergent that had been left there. He was one of the helpful individuals I gave ever seen. What a great business!!!!
Single father of 3 kids under 7. I got so far behind when I went through a divorce and I have my kids 6 and half days a week. So you can believe Joey ,Anna and Tina were live savers. But Joey was the first one I met ND he did all my Laundry hung what I wanted hung separated my two girls close from my son's close. Extremely professional but they also make you feel at home. I will use their service at least every week. Amazing job Joey!

The new facility in Spring Hill is wonderful! It's clean, all machines work, the machines take debit/credit cards...just what a laundromat should be today. The most valuable asset at this business is the attendant, Ana! She keeps the whole building and all the machines sparkling clean, so there is no panic if a sock falls to the floor. Ana will help you fold if you're having trouble, tell you how the new fangled machines work and even hold the door for you. The Laundry Rack is definitely a plus for the neighborhood. I'm looking forward to the new facility that is expected to open soon in St Albans, and hope the attendant there takes direction from Ana!

This place is so nice. The machines are new and it’s so clean. Joey is AMAZING!!! He is always there to greet you and assist with all of your needs. He’s extremely friendly and takes the time out to explain everything for you. There are multiple options to pay and also you can register your card in the event you lose it you will not lose your money.

It is absolutely the cleanest biggest and last but not least the cheapest places to go and do your laundry and they also have a service where they will do your laundry for you. We give it 5 ✨ for sure..They have one open on Rt 60 just past the Walmart, there's one coming to Milton which is GREAT for us because we live in Hurricane and theres another one coming soon to St.Albans. We have been going to the one on McCorkle Ave. In South Charleston. They ALWAYS have an attendant in the laundromats. ANA is the attendant at the South Charleston Laundry Rack and she is so good at her job..She keeps the place spotless and if you have any questions she is there to help. Example ☆ We put too much laundry soap in a load we was doing and I asked her what should we do and she literally used her own card and gave us a free quick wash (without the soap of course lol) THANK YOU ANA.. We give YOU 5 ☆s too!!

I mean who would have thought that you'd ever want to review a laundromat? And give them a good one on top of that?! Me, me you guys. I don't go to laundromats much but my heating element went out on my dryer and I have 4 Airbnbs so that's a lot of dirty towels and sheets. I had 4 big bags and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. I was a total fish out of water with the whole debit card thing. That's what and how you pay for your time on the machines!! Anna was a huge help and walked me through the entire process. She works days there and is a beautiful soul. The washers practically spin your clothes dry and the dryers are big and hot. This place is A+A+!!
I was impressed by the cleanliness, machine quality and service by Joey! He is very kind and taught me how to use the machine and bathroom, and he carried my basket to the car! they have brand new machines and it took only 20 min to dry one load. There are nice tables and chairs and wifi is provided. They are the best!

Had a last minute load of clothes i had to get washed and just randomly ended up at this facility i dropped off my load of clothes that wonderful man greated me at the door washed my clothes and dryed them and folded them for me while i took my kids to dinner best experience ive ever had will be recommending this place to everyone
Wow ... just wow! This place #1The facility is brand new with top-of-the-line equipment AND the attendant (Joey) is awesome. I'd say he's more than that and "Technician" is a better description that comes to mind.Mike Rowe would be impressed.Best plan of action is to go there ... of all the other laundromats I've used in 7 other states during the past few years, this one is the best and other two are in North Kingstown, RI and Plano, TX.
The reviews about the quality are true but nobody mentioned the cost. It will cost you more than twice as much than the coin op laundry in the area. It's reasonable to pay more but do your own cost/benefit analysis. It will cost you $6.75 just to wash 1 normal machine load and at least $2.50 to dry it. Most have two or three loads in one trip.

Best laundry mat I have ever been to. All brand new Smart Washers & Dryers by Electrolux, yes, the vacuum cleaner maker. All are card only! Either purchase their loyalty card, which is refillable or use your debit or credit card to pay. They have a bathroom, but it does cost you .25 cents to use like back in the day. Bring your own detergent, fabric softener, and whatever else you think you may need because I did not see a machine to buy any there. All in all, it is a great place to get your wash done and in a shorter amount of time than it used to take. I enjoyed actually doing laundry due to it not taking all the time it use to take! Great laundry mat on Rock lake Drive!!

This is the best laundromat around. New washers and dryers. Very clean and the attendant was so helpful. When they say your clothes will dry in 20 minutes it’s true. We had 10 pairs of jeans that did dry in that time.

Super clean facility! Machines work great. We had 7 loads and they were washed and dried in less than 90 minutes!! Gentleman that works there was very helpful and would clean the Machines after every use. Highly recommend!!!
Was recommended to us to come here by a local dry cleaners to get our two large comforters washed. There was one one there who told us what washer would be best for the size. Only $30 to wash two huge comforters where it would have been $80 else were. We will be back!

My laundry room is currently under construction and I needed to do laundry. I heard about this place and decided to try it! I must say I’m most definitely IMPRESSED with this laundromat! It is way out of my way because I live near Belle. It was worth the drive! It was extremely clean, and well cared for! I was able to wash and dry five loads of laundry in a little under 2 hours. The attendant Joey was so helpful. Actually loaded my car for me. Great service! I’ll be back!
This place is AMAZING! Great prices, clean, cool inside, chairs to sit in and huge washers & dryers to get ur laundry done quickly. We’ve traveled all over the country in our Fifth Wheel and have used MANY laundry facilities. This is, by far, the best! And, Joey does an amazing job keeping things clean and was very helpful!! The owners are very kind & helpful. It’s a brand new business and they have obviously put a great deal of effort into the design and selection of all the equipment. The prices are extremely reasonable for regular loads plus they have machines for larger loads than I’d ever seen!!! This is a business surely worth visiting!

The Laundry Rack is open 6AM to Midnight – 7 days a week!
Our laundromats accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple, Samsung and Google Pay. Don’t have cards? No problem! We have a cash changer in store. The only form of payment we don’t accept is quarters.
Absolutely! Our laundromat is equipped with Electrolux Professional washers and dryers that deliver the best wash results for the largest loads.
The last wash is an hour before closing every night.
